This book has 14 chapters. It could be ideal for the MBA or undergraduate level course. Topics covered are the same as those from their competitors.
However, there were only four case studies on 1. Hong Kong Disneyland, 2. Nora-Sakari in Malaysia, 3. Western Union, and 4. The Tata Way. It will not be suited for the MBA course. The book will be better if fewer chapters and more in-depth case studies are included. |
