4.0 out of 5 stars Great Crib Mirror
My son loves this mirror. He used to HATE tummy time, but now he loves to look at himself in the mirror. I swear he's absolutely vain about it. The only things I don't like about it are that it doesn't tie to the crib on the bottom, so he can lift it (he likes to chew on the corners). This corner chewing would be fine, but you can't take the plastic mirror out and put the...

3.0 out of 5 stars Mirror broke in the crib
I had this in my baby's crib since birth and he seemed to love it. He is now 9 months old and when I picked him up from his nap yesterday, the mirror was broke in half with very sharp edges. He's a very active baby and may have stepped on it, however he weighs only 19 pounds so that should not have happened. I just feel fortunate that he was not badly cut.

There are lots of other crib mirrors on the market that cost much less. This one does not play music or have attachable toys. ...

The only things I don't like about it are that it doesn't tie to the crib on the bottom, so he can lift it (he likes to chew on the corners). This corner chewing would be fine, but you can't take the plastic mirror out and put the cloth frame in the washing machine. The mirror also scratches easily. But these aren't really any big deal, and overall we're really happy with it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Another broken mirror!, March 19, 2004
By A Customer

We received this as a gift for our 4 month old. He loved it. We went to get him from his nap one day and it was broken with sharp edges. Thank God he was not hurt. So even the "unbreakable" mirrors break. Be careful.

I found this mirror at a Hallmark store and fell in love with it because it had Earl-E-Bird on it, and my son has the plush Earl-E-Bird and loves him! So I knew this was the mirror to get. I've had it in his crib since he was 1 month old and he's always looked at it. And now that he can support himself, it's the first thing he looks for to see if he can see me in the reflection. And it's safe and durable, no problems.

5.0 out of 5 stars love this mirror, May 22, 2004
This review is from: Early Years Crib Mirror (Toy)
I have had this mirror for my twin 2 year old girls since birth and they still love it. I am expecting in june and will use this for my next little girl. I have never had any problems with it and it has held up well. To last 2 years and going it is well worth (...). It is also nice to have a crib toy that doesn't make noise ( babies need quiet too ) but still fun for the little one.

3.0 out of 5 stars this mirror is sooooooo cool !, November 29, 2003
This review is from: Early Years Crib Mirror (Toy)
this mirror is very cool because when your baby dosent know to look into a mirror they can look at the black and white picture on the back! those are the first colors they see also this mirror is cool to use in the car
Directions:
if you have an infant seat facing backwards slip it in the crack in between the carseat and the seat then your baby will be happy the whole ride!

We got this for our son, Matthew, for his first Christmas when he was six months old. He loved it as soon as it was placed in his crib. He wakes up and "talks" to himself in the mirror and it's so adorable. I only wish we'd bought this when he was first born so he could've enjoyed the great black and white patterns on the back of the mirror. This is very durable and of course unbreakable so we enjoy it very much.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice, simple, but great!, June 29, 2005
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Early Years Crib Mirror (Toy)
I have kids ranging from 18 to 2 months old. My kids have always liked looking in the mirror. I remember especially with my now two-year-old, when she was fussy as a baby, taking her in front of the bathroom mirror. She really liked that. This mirror is great. I've had about 5 of these and I really have never had a problem. This has been handed from my almost 3-year-old to my Almost 2-year-old to my toddler twins and I bought another for their cousins, which the 9 month old still uses his, and now my 2 month old has the mirror. It's great. They would lay in bed longer, talking to themselves. My son loves to look in the mirror and smile. It's really great, it gives me at least another 10 minutes at naptime and in the morning.

Great idea, my son laughed at himself for hours looking at his mirror. It's so cute to watch them talk to themselves in the mirror!
