Cute toy but the one I got was cheaply made and fell apart,

In concept, this is a very cute toy, although there are way too many parts for a small child to figure out or really play with. I had two major problems with this toy, and it was a deal breaker so I sent it back to the seller.
Number one: The back doors are mounted on very flimsy hinges that don't really "hang" the doors. They just sort of snap on, loosely. So anytime my son would open the back doors (which is the main thing we would do) the doors would just fall off into his hands. This would send him screaming or crying to me in frustration to put the doors back on. One morning, I had to resnap those doors into place upwards of 20 times in as many minutes. We were both pretty fed up after that, so the ambulance was "unplayble" as far as my son was concerned. Number two: The wheels don't move very easily. They do "go" when the toy is pushed, but it feels like the brakes are on, relative to other cars and trucks my son has that move across the floor very easily. But that wasn't the deal breaker ... the back doors constantly falling off was. I think this is a very cute toy in concept, and should have tons of potential. But instead of worrying about so many little parts, I wish the manufacturer had spent a some more time making sure the toy was a tad more durable. My son is not rough at all with toys, but this one was ridiculously fragile. I cannot recommend this toy.

My son (who is almost 4) got this for Chirstmas....great toy but it has alot of small parts for changing tires and raising the body of the truck. It's pretty difficult. That would be the only thing that I was unhappy with. He loves it and my fiance has had fun changing the tires etc. I'd get the police car too, so I figure I'm satisfied.

I actually bought this for my son when he was two (I put away all the small pieces), and now at 30 months, he is still loving this ambulance. We recently bought the rescue truck and RV... and he loves those as well. What I love most about this toy is that it lets a child be creative and explore the toy the way he or she wants. Though I had to hide most of the smaller items, my son still loves playing with this.

My little boy loves mighty world toys. He will play with them for hours. They are made very well. The little figures are so much fun to collect.

This toy has everything from a cloth-lined gurney to a paramedic with removable hat! I was really impressed with the attention to detail and quality of every single piece included. Very good buy!

It's costly because it cost quite a bit; it's cheap because it's a piece of junk.
My 5 year old daughter received this ambulance for Christmas and now it's mid January. There is pretty much nothing left of the ambulance. I have never before seen such a poorly made children's toy, and it did nothing but frustrate my daughter. The wheels will not stay on, the grill on the front bumper falls off (there is nothing to keep it connected) - but it doesn't matter anyway because within a few more days the whole front bumper broke off (irreparable), the back doors won't stay on AT ALL - not even my hubby or I can open or close them without them constantly falling off, the stretcher legs lock inside two tight "wells" in the ambulance and pulling it out requires some effort - needless to say the stretcher was broken within the FIRST day (legs broke off), the hood is able to be opened so the engine can be worked on and the hood is now nearly broken as well. Driver and passenger doors are hard to open and make an awful "snapping" sound when opened, as though they are going to break off too. The siren and lights lasted a whole three hours, if even that...and those CONSTANTLY fall off. There's really nothing I can say about this toy that is good. It even felt cheap out of the box. There are just TOO many intricate little parts on it - even the underside all comes apart - suspension lifts, valves, axles, etc...it's a toy with almost too much thought put into it except for how to keep it together! It was near impossible to handle this thing without pieces breaking apart or falling out. We also bought the Firetruck and it fell apart equally as badly - I will never buy from this company again....to top it off, I have tried contacting them THREE times and still have not received a reply from them. Very poor customer service. We did, however, get a full refund from the place of purchase; for this I am grateful.

I bought this ambulance for my son, since he loves ambulances and we have an EMT in the family. I liked the fact that it had a moveable character and stretcher that can be put into the ambulance (like real life) but not a thousand tiny pieces like another company that I saw on amazon. However, it began to fall apart shortly after we got it. The doors on the back of the ambulance broke off (since they're made of cheap plastic, although the body of the ambulance is much stronger plastic). You'd think that the one part of the toy that will get a lot of use would be made better! It's made to have the top of the ambulance flip open so you don't have to use the doors, but it was difficult to open - even for me (so imagine what it's like for a little kid!). It was rediculous that they included small parts to change the chasis under the ambulance, but I just threw them away. Also, the stickers on the sides and doors also began to peel off, and the small unit which held the light and siren sometimes worked & sometimes didn't. It was a cute concept, but definately not worth the money. Very disapointed!

The light and siren did not work on this toy, even though the battery protector was still in place. We will need to buy new batteries to determine if the batteries are dead or the part is defective. The doors fell off and were difficult for a child to put back on without adult help.
