This packet of flatware is of very good and consistent quality. I like its simplistic design. I purchased this item as a daily special for about $25 and it has been well worthwhile. They are solid, strong, attractive enough (more for a BBQ than a formal dinner, but, hey, I don't have formal dinners anymore). I give it a solid A and recommend it certainly for anyone with a need for a plain set of flatware.

The silverware wears easily. Upon opening the package, and after the first use, I was dazzled at the "great bargain." After a month the forks show nicks, dings, and scratches all over. I wish I paid a bit more for silverware made from better steel. I hope there is not a reason the metal is so soft (lead?). Made in China. Perhaps good for college use (toss at the end of the year) but disappointing for a guy looking for something to last a few years.

This set was a great deal especially when I found it as a Gold Box deal! I am very happy with it, it looks really nice, has a nice finish to it, the quality is great, and you get a generous amount of flatware. I would recommend this to everyone and would most definitely buy again!

I bought this on one of the today's deals, not knowing exactly what they would look and feel like. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I use them now for everyday use. We're really pleased with the flatware. They've held up to daily use. The finish on them is nice, and the serving set is functional.

Got this as a gold box deal. Paid $25 and it was well worth it. Very good quality and weight. I was very pleased with it.

Since I have a flatware-eating monster living in my house, I pretty much have to buy a new set every year or so, so I'm always on the lookout for a nice basic set that doesn't cost an arm and a leg so I won't cry when spoons start disappearing.

The Nouveau set has a very simple design (great, because my Pfaltzgraff dishes are sort of busy), but are still pretty, with a nice flair to the handles. The pieces all feel very solid and have a nice heft - they don't feel cheap at all. Also included is a nice Hostess set with your big serving spoons, something that not all of the less expensive flatware sets include these days.

So far these have held up perfectly - they've gone through many dishwasher cycles and been fine and I'm a stickler for bent fork tines - none have bent, these are very sturdy. For the price, this is a set I'm very happy to have picked up.

This is a good-quality set of stainless steel flatware. Each utensil is quite heavy, and the set should last a long time. The only complaint I have is that there are only eight spoons, and I often have need for more, especially when serving dessert. I am using this set for every day, but it could be used for special occasions. After 48 years of marriage, my old set was depleted by people accidentally throwing items away. I think the fact that these items are so heavy will deter that from happening. This is a great buy for the money. I highly recommend it.

I am very pleased with this flatware set and highly recommend it. The only slight complaint is that the dinner forks are quite long and the teaspoons are a little large. The quality is excellent and for the price quite remarkable. The pieces are thick and heavy which I like and feel solid and comfortable in your hand. They are also very smooth - no rough edges at all. I had previously ordered a goldbox deal on a a more expensive Phaltzgraf set and it was awful quality. They bended easily and had rough edges. This set is way cheaper and they are solid and comfortable and I like the look - kind of retro 50's. I went with these based on the other reviews and am so happy with the set that I wanted to add my recommendation also. For an inexpensive set of flatware, these are top notch!

Beautiful flatware. I bought this for my motorhome and am looking forward to using it on my next trip.

How does Amazon do it? Great flatware for the price. I know, 'cause I've been to all the discount stores and this is the best deal.
