bronze wool,

I love Bronze wool. As a wood worker and guitar builder I use bronze wool almost exclusively for a finish rub down. Steel wool can leave a grey color behind when you use it on light colored woods, bronze wool never leaves a discoloration, just the brilliance of the wood.
For all the guitar players out there who use steel wool to polish their fret wire. Bronze wool does not stick to the magnetic pickups. You are able to polish your fret board and you don't have to clean all the little particles off your pickups. Try a pack of Fine Bronze Wool the next time you need to use steel wool. If your like me, you'll never buy steel wool again.

Works great for stainless steel polishing,

I purchased this because it was recommended to be used with Borla's exhaust system polish to help remove heavy oxidation and light rust. It works fantastic! I first clean the stainless steel with an all purpose spray cleaner/polish, then use the Borla product with the fine bronze wool to buff out all the nasty stuff. It does a great job of removing everything but the shine. Plus, the package has enough wool for many applications. I highly recommend this for any of your steel polishing needs.

I got this to take tarnish and silver black off my sterling silver jewelry. It works much better than regular steel wool for this, and shines the silver up quite nicely! Someone told me it was hard to get, so of corse I went directly to Amazon!
