About the Author
Eric Pesik is a commercial and corporate attorney with extensive experience negotiating and advising in international business transactions. He is currently based in Singapore where he is the Legal Director for Seagate Technology International. Before relocating overseas, Mr. Pesik also served as an adjunct professor of law at Monterey College of Law, in Califonria, where he taught Corporate Law and Business Organizations. He continues to teach in Singapore, where he lectures classes on English Company Law, the Legal Environment of Business, and Teamwork and Leadership. Mr. Pesik is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States Supreme Court in Washington, DC.

Typeface is too small for a good reference, especially in light of the usual desity of legalese. Also, there have been substantial updates since 2009. Time for a new edition. Otherwise a helpful manual.
