The book was an excellent survey of traveler's infections and illnesses. It would be a useful reference for doctors and other medical professionals. However, it is easily readable for non-medical people interested in the subject area. The book seems to include everything you ever wanted to know about contracting diseases while traveling.

Format: Hardcover
This book is well-suited for medical professionals who occasionally encounter patients who acquire illnesses while traveling internationally. It also may be of interest to international travelers who enjoy knowing much more about the threats they face than just common correlations between presenting symptoms and causes. Recommended!
