Kleffner LLM is PhD Research Associate and Lecturer in International Humanitarian Law at the Amsterdam Center for International Law, Faculty of Law, University of Amsterdam.

Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Factually detailed however most of the times lacks the essential focus on a strictly legal analysis. Sometimes too much generic, some others too much focused on factual comments and details. The legal issues are not deeply pointed out. To be fair, this book and William Schabas's one perfectly complement each other.
