I don't usually write bad reviews, but this book was poor enough to return. Perhaps my expectations were too high that may have come from the $45 price tag. The book was only 155 pages, and while it did bring up some industry specific situations I felt the majority of it was basic training that you can find in a number of internet marketing books. What agents want more than anything is help on converting internet leads which had two pages covering that topic without giving any real insight. The book appears to be self-published and I found at least one justification error which split the sentance in two. I was really looking forward to getting this book, but felt burned upon reviewing. Sorry Scott.

Learn to get internet leads,

The book is about getting internet leads, not what to do after you get a lead. All real estate agents know how to follow up on leads. Real Estate agents need to understand how to get internet leads...that's what this book is about....Getting Internet real estate leads for sellers or buyers. If you need to learn how to follow up on leads then you're just in the wrong business. There is just too much hype on the internet and you need to cut through the clutter of where to spend your time and money. Invest in your education.
