I bought this Internet Marketing book for a graduate class. It is very easy to read and has recent up-to-date facts and examples. It's a great resource and was much cheaper on Amazon than it was in the school bookstore. Overall, the value is good.

on the internet marketing. Starting from technology, to competitive analysis, online consumer behavior, communities, channel management and many more.

The book could be better if global e-commerce success stories were told, such as Ryanair, and others.
