THIS BOOK IS A GREAT WAY TO SEE THE USA IN YOUR CAR WITHOUT EVEN GOING IN IT LIKE A MAP AHEAD OF TIME TO KNOW WHERE YOUR GOING ON THE COMPUTER. ITS GOT LOTS OF GREAT STUFF.AND

I thought it was very good and indexed well. Some of the links are dead, but that's the nature of the Internet. I don't expect the authors to know if a site is going to hang around. I hope there's a 2000 edition.

The Internet is a wondrous place, but often hard to navigate when it comes to making it a family sport rather than a solitary activity. Jack Sanders' guide is a real treat, showing how the family PC can take the place of the library, the AAA, the yellow pages and roadmaps all at once. Don't plan to leave home on vacation without it! Some sites may be outdated, but that's the reality of the everchanging 'Net (and it would take a real nerd to search deep enough to find them). As for the rest of us family folk, this is the first book that turns the 'Net into a funhouse. The research, insight and all-round heart in this guide turns the vast Internet into a family playground!What a book!

This book is a big waste of time and money. It is not out more than a month, and many of the links it prescribes are already "dead." I'm sorry I bought it.
