I've been using CA products since 2006 when I finally gave up Norton. This program just seems to work. I have less spam email than ever before, I've not had a virus crop up, and my system is not slower for it. This is my third go-round with the internet security suite, and I'll be back. The best recommendation I can give is that everyone I have convinced to try this product has loved it and never looked back!

First of all, i installed this product on a Vista 64-bit system and i've had to reformat 4 times so far. Their tech support people only know how to unistall the product but nothing else. Yesterday i got an email from their customer service dept. saying they are not compatible with vista 64-bit even though their web site announced they would come out with a 64-bit version on November 26 and they did but it does not work.
Today i got a link to a "new" version which ended up being a downgrade from the version i had originally purchased.
Just be careful with these people, they are not in the "protecting pcs" business bur rather in the ripping off people business.
