Seamus took his past books on service quality and Internet and demonstrated in a live presentation just how synergistic service quality and the Internet can be. Seems like an interesting presentation that takes the practical approach, unlike other "feel good" speakers that merely skim the surface.

It appears that Seamus has upped the ante in his own previous books on Service Quality and Internet, and presented a live video recording of how service quality and the Internet can co-exist to bring about radical changes in customer service. Although the ROI impact of customer service is usually not measurable, the returns by using the Internet for service quality is clearly measurable as far as I'm concerned. This is a unique way to learn by watching and listening.

My colleague Seamus has surpassed me once again, in this Asian-centric rendition of bridging a management area such as Service Quality with an unlikely candidate - the Internet. Seamus has a succinct, clear and logical approach to everything he does, including this training video, and his books. Unlike motivational approaches, I personally find Seamus' approach refreshing and truly educational.
