Beverley E. Crane holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with emphases in Language Arts and Educational Technology.

For the last 12 years, she has created educational materials and conducted workshops for K-12 library media specialists and teachers for The Dialog Corporation. She has also presented throughout the US at conferences such as the American Association of School Librarians (AASL), the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC), and the National Council for the Social Studies Conference (NCSS).
