Very useful, highly recommended!,

This book covers the important topics in organizational behavior, and the writing style is concise and readable. What distinguishes this text from many other OB offerings is the excellent exercises at the end of each chapter. I've used this book in leadership training sessions with working managers, and the class participants have been very happy with it, as have I.

Easy and Simple without Excessive Examples,

Some books waste pages to provide series of examples and charge buyers for the extra pages. This book will simply state the point of discussion and provide brief example of each to make sure reader understands. This is an easy book describing the basics of social(networking) job at workplace. Not for advanced people management.

This book is the international version and states on the back that it is not to be sold in North America because the contents differ. I had to return the book and it wasted time and money they still made me pay shipping!! Beware if your buying this for a class you need the US version.

Books are expensive and this is the same book for a fourth of the price then the ones new at our book store. Its in great condition, I think it might even be new. I wish students would shop at Amazon!! Thank you..

I unfortunately wasn't able to use this book as much as possible because it was the wrong edition. The material inside the book was okay, but some chapters ended abruptly and left you wondering if you missed information.
