5.0 out of 5 stars A very easy readable and understandable book, July 17, 1997
By A Customer
I've seen many textbooks to look for the phase diagrams. Many chemistry books only touch on the topics but not with deeper sense. This, "the interpretation of geological phase diagrams", can give us deeper understanding on how unary, binary, ternary and quaternary phase diagrams work. It also tries to look into phase diagrams with different systems. Easy to read, easy to understand and highly recommended to both geologists and chemists. Although this book terms "geological", it can be used as a chemistry general reading to understand the mechanism of phase diagrams
