4.0 out of 5 stars A Useful Tool, March 8, 2007
The labs I've done so far have all been very helpful in reinforcing concepts I've been learning in class. The labs are often very challenging and sometimes details needed for answering questions aren't given, but for the most part the instructions are clear. I find, though, that I often need instruction and guidance from the professor in doing the work, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend this book for self-instruction.
