I own this CD, and first of all let me point out this fact for you, not only does this CD not have interviews by all members on it, but even though Freddie is featured on the cover, this interview is all by Brian May! So if you are looking for the spoken word by Freddie, look elsewhere. Not that this is a bad interview, the sound quality is excellant, and the informatioon is fairly interesting, if a bit dated (the interview on this disc was done prior to the release of their 1986 album "A Kind Of Magic").

In 90-th Backtabak released 2 interview CD - Queen interview picture disk and Freddie Mercury interview picture disk. It was the same in all, and with the same picture, but in one sigh Queen, in another - Freddie. Freddie -it's Freddie Mercury interview 1977. Queen - it's Brian May interview 1986. So many collectors are mistaken.

This interview cd is all Freddie Mercury. Die-hard fans of Queen will be interested, but fans of Freddie in particular will find this a must. The sound quality of Feddie is quite good,. You can hear him eating while he talks, which is a bit much but not too distracting. However, it is difficult to hear the interviewer well. Still, it was worth listening to. Done in the 70s, it wasn't too dated. There were some approaches discussed concerning the music and the marketing that were carried on until the end.

This disc features interviews about Queen members. If you want to know more about them, their music, with some anecdotes, just get this cd. But if you already have Queen documentary videos, you'll probably learn nothing more from here. Be careful as there is NO music on this cd.
