The only use I can see of this book is:
1. an IT manager who knows NOTHING about SAP who wants to interview an employee.
2. an employee that wants to take an interview and is afraid that the IT Manager has read this senseless book

The book is very specific to questions and answers - does not provide any overview of CRM or context under which the answers make sense. I expected it to be a better guide of my CRM understanding going by the high price of the book. Unless you are already an expert and want to brush up your CRM before an interview , this book may not be helpful - also overpriced.

This is not a book of interview questions. It is a random collection of very specific questions taken word for word from the internet with unhelpful answers which direct you to a list of training courses, transaction SPRO or similar. If you have a copy try a few of the questions on Google.
