"I attended a seminar by Mr Byers at which he gave some tips from his book. This book is very insightful. I feel it is a must for recruiters and people searching for their next opportunity. The book gives great insights into determining your own competencies and how they "fit" with the organizations job description to get you in the door and then techniques such as "memory triggers" and the importance of preparing for the interview. This book is a complete roadmap to success."
