This book is a complete roadmap to success."

I found this book to be packed full of useful information that can be put to use right away. A practical guide to the interview process that will help prepare anyone for the majority of questions that may arise during the process. Well organized and easy to comprehend layout.

Byers' suggestions to help readers figure out what truly is most important to the employer and then to play to the true values of their interviewer are practical and effective. He explains how to package your background so as to be easily appreciated in light of the employer's needs.
