The Bad News: You can't (and are still living at home)!
Help maybe on the way in the form of this new book...
The book is written and speaks directly to college students and the new graduate. If you are a parent, hopefully, you know this stuff already. But, evidently the kids really don't know it... and they need to learn it somewhere... especially to get a job in today's marketplace.
The book covers what to do in different kinds of interviews (career fair, telephone, on-site, etc.) and interviewing situations (the group interview, the meal interview, the online interview, etc.). It even covers dressing for success. Males should have polished shoes for interviews... evidently a new concept for many. And, women should not only wear stockings for the interview but, carry an extra pair in case of a run.
This US$25.00 expenditure may make the entire US$100,000+ spent on a college education worthwhile.
This book is an easy read that is full of great tools and insight that everyone my age could use. It's hard enough going through college, but with the information in this book, I have gained much more confidence to take on what lies ahead. I highly recommend her book as well as her services if they are available to you. You will not regret it.
