First off let me say... I LOVE THIS TUBE!!! I've had this tube about a month and have taken it tubing on the Comal River twice, and out on several lakes in north Texas. It's very roomy, lightweight and durable. It withstood an entire day of tubing in scorching, 95+ degree Texas heat. Since it's white, it doesn't absorb as much heat as your standard black, rental tubes (so no arm rash or burns).

Secondly, this tube is tough...it took the bumps and bruises (and tube chutes) along the way with no problem and no leaks. But I have to say the cooler is what sets this tube apart from the rest. Some folks use it for storage, we used it for "tasty beverages". It can hold 12-pk of canned drinks plus ice, it also has a drain plug in the bottom.

The tube inflates very easily (the back rests and cooler lid are pinch valves, while the main chamber has a boston valve). Also, the mesh bottom is a life saver. It keeps you from falling through the center of this tube and allows you to dip into the water enough to keep you cool. To give you a better idea of how roomy this tube is...I'm 5'7" and can easily and comfortably sit Indian style plus I can extend my arm fully and still not touch the person next to me!

Trust me...you want this tube...it's definately a great investment for all river (and lake) rats!

This was awesome! I bought it for the river, and thought you could maybe 2 or 3 beers in it. I was wrong! You can put an entire case in. It's huge! The only down side is you're really far out of the water- and it's hard to get back in if you are in deepish water (Especially if the water is moving) But all in all, really durable, and really fun. We had 9 people there, and everyone wanted to be in the tube. We're going to have to get another one!

This raft was the best thing i ever bought! I have taken it to the river for camping many times. It is so sturdy (made of out of what seems to be comparable to a tarp)!!!!! The cooler is huge! You can fit a whole case plus ice (for people having trouble keeping the ice from melting, use ice cream salt). The tube is soooo comfy. You can sit Indian style on the mesh. Back rests make so a very comfortable ride. It is a bit heavy so you need two people to carry it once blown up (especially if you decide to but drinks and ice in it be4 walking to river entrance). I was the envy of the entire river!! Everyone wanted one or wanted to ride in it. The only problem is trying to keep people out of it!! Best purchase by far.

We took these tubes on a 7 mile float and within the first 15 minutes we both hit the same big stump in the middle of the river - thought for sure we popped them but NO, they weathered the battering just fine! One of them got a trebble hook embedded in it and was slowly losing air but we had the patch kit with us and used it on the side of the river and it worked like a charm. The boston valve even allows you to blow them up with your mouth in case you need to. These are totally comfortable to float for 7 hours in but if you think your ice will last for that long, think again...

Held up well over the rocks on the Guadalupe River and was a lot of fun to use. The cooler was very useful for keeping drinks in (as well as snacks), and the area where we sat in was spacious and comfortable.

Perfect for two people to use tubing down the river. it had a small storage compartment to add either drinks with ice or keep your items dry. nice mesh bottom to keep you from sinking in the middle of the tube. also very affordable.

This is a great investment, I don't even know where to start. All of the reviews I read that were bad, all had one thing in common, the tube came with a defect nd had a hole, well mine didnt and I think that is easy enough to over come. Let me start by saying, two of us went on this and we both weigh close to 300 pounds each, so it will definatly hold some weight, over 600 pounds with all our beer, ect. There was plenty of room for me to sit up and turn over, definaltly very big. And people were saying that it was heavy to carry, but it was not bad at all, one on each handle and we had to go up and down 2 hills! We bottomed out many times and skidded avross the rocks, even a big log and no holes!! Also, the cooler is great, it is huge, and everything stayed dry. I tried to tip it over with my friend in it, but it wouldnt!!! As far asit being hard to steer, I would say that for the most part it is just as easy as a single one, sometimes you maybe to wide for rapidsin between rocks with drop offs, but we turned sideways with no issues. Also,the back rests are so comfortable!! BUY THIS TUBE!!!

we bought this so we could float down the river on a hot summer day, we did this last year at the tail end of the summer and are looking forward to doing it this summer again. It was super nice to have a ice chest, we floated for about 6 hours and it seemed like we were in a cadillac of floatation tubes. You will not be disappointed...

We have taken this tube out twice now. Once on the lake and once on a river float. It was great for both. It's so big it's a little hard to steer, but it's also impossible to capsize. Tons of fun. I love having the cooler just stuck right next to me. This was the best $[...] I've ever spent.

My only nit-pick is that I wish it had two drink holders per tube. One is typically enough, but sometimes it's in a bad location for paddling away from obstacles.

I *highly* recommend this tube.

This Float is great! Me and my girlfriend floated down a salt river four four hours no problems! The storage area is not insulated so we put a soft cooler in it to store our beverages. It has a good lanyard rope around the float which is good for attaching life jackets or coolers. The head rest is nice and comfortable.. I would buy this again!
