Bought this for my son and his friends - three 5-year-old boys going nuts in the pool, leaping in and out of it. We had a tarp beneath it; not sure if we needed that or not. The pool has two "rings" to inflate, and with the shop vac on "blow" it took less like 15 seconds per ring. It filled in less than two hours. Never one to pay attention to rules, I over filled it (with water) and it did sag on one side. I decided I didn't care, and once the boys were in it, they of course dumped lots of water out as they climbed in and out. Amazingly, once they had dumped out enough to get it down to the "fill line", the pool stopped sagging, and they stopped dumping water out. Who'd a thought it? This pool is great for the price; I know it will make it through the summer and I am very happy. It's roomy and the sides are wide and "soft." BIG hit with the kids. Oh, and the store had no covers in stock (we could order one) but I just used a tarp and that seemed to work just fine. Kids in the pool: [...].
