Got this for my 2 yr. old lil girls birthday and, so far, am super pleased. I'm 8 months pregnant and just am not able to be as energetic as she needs. This was a real life saver. I bought the recommended pump, blew it up to 80% full (instruction reader!), and let her have a ball. Have had no "seam" problems or "slow leaks" yet. Haven't taken it outside. She's getting much better at bouncing, but mostly loves just to run around throwing herself into the walls. VERY sturdy! LoL. I even throw a sheet over the top to give her a tent to play in with her stuffed animals. 2 toys in one! I reviewed TONS of bouncers and so glad I settled on this one.

Purchased this for my 2.5 year old son. He previously had the jump-o-lene bouncer but he put a hole in it somehow. We got this and he LOVES it. It's his favorite toy. It does come with 24 balls. This is in his room and every chance he gets, he jumps and plays in it. It is fairly large, luckily our son has the largest room in the house. Do get a pump to inflate it though, it doesn't come with one. If you can get the electric kind, it won't take you hours (like it takes some) to inflate this. Even with a manual one, it took us about 30-45 minutes to inflate the whole thing. A great toy, durable, great price and definitely worth every penny.UPDATE: Three months later, this is still going strong. It gets daily use by a 3 year old and a 2 year old. Hasn't lost any air since we got it. We're very happy with it. Awesome buy.

We saw this product and thought that out of all the bouncy houses we could get, it was the most affordable, and smallest (since it was going to be indoors) that would also be fun. It WAS fun for our just-turned 4 yr old daughter, she loved it, and loved bouncing in it, and hanging out in it like a little fort. HOWEVER, if you read other reviews you will see this is a huge issue: DURABILITY is ZERO!! We inflated it per the instructions, it sat at room temp for nearly a week before we did. She bounced in it a total of 3 hours in the first week - and by the end of the week, it sprung a leak along the seam. A big gaping hole! So we used the patch they provided... and it looked like it was going to work. But it never stayed inflated after that. We checked the return policy - MAKE SURE YOU DO - it will cost you $25 to ship it back (half the cost of the product to begin with), and it has to be in the original box/packaging (how many people keep original boxes for a month?), and that's provided you can get a hold of someone. No one ever returned our calls or picked up the phone. So we reluctantly bought a second one, since our daughter loves this thing. And guess what? It sprung a leak too!! And she hardly bounced in it at all. This time, we can't find the leak. Both times the thing deflated along the bottom (supporting) rings. The walls and the inner yellow circle are still fine, but the rest is flat. We are VERY disappointed in this product and HIGHLY encourage you to look into another company for something like this. It is a WASTE of money and time. Anyone who has had good luck with this is extremely fortunate. DON'T BUY THIS VERY POORLY DESIGNED PRODUCT!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES!!!

Hole in seam after 3 days of normal use; check warranty as it requires you to pay return shipping,

We purchased this product for our daughter's third birthday a few weeks ago. Within 3 days of typical use, it developed a small leak along a seam. My kids are well within the weight limits (30lb newly 3 year old and a 40lb 5 year old). My husband inflated it following all instructions very closely (based on previous reviews on similar inflatable jumping toys that indicated overinflation could cause major leaks). The toy is covered by warranty for 30 days, and the company will offer a replacement. The problem is (and make sure you read the fine print on this in advance) is that 1) YOU are required to pay return shipping (which is not inexpensive on this item; we paid $25 to have it shipped to us in the first place), and 2) they say they require you to keep the original packaging (which we did not seeing as how this is Christmas and we are swamped with boxes and didn't want to live in a towering pile of boxes for a month). I contacted the company about the warranty. They offered to allow a return, but that would still require me to shell out the money to have it shipped back to them. They offered a patch, but I could not get a clear answer on what happened if I patched it, and then more leaks developed, and now I'd be outside the 30 day window for the warranty (we ordered the product about 2 weeks before my daughter's birthday). My husband and I decided to patch the unit, but now it is leaking somewhere else. The customer service person told me they often find that when customers return the product, there is a "ball point pen" that punctured the unit, etc. I found this annoying and accusatory. This product was used by my children according to the instructions, it was inflated properly, etc. My kids are not particularly rough on toys at all. If you do buy, be aware of the terms of the so-called "warranty" on this product. It requires YOU to pay return shipping once the item has been used (which is almost half the cost of the item in the first place) and requires the original packaging. I struggled w/ understanding what would happen if I agreed to *patch* the product vs. send it back...what happens if the patch leaks or another leak develops and now I'm at 31 days out from purchasing the product?? It would then technically not be covered by the warranty per the terms stated. So just be aware. It was great fun while it lasted for a while 3 days, and then I had to explain to my 3 year old why her big present was no longer holding air.

I purchased this product for my 2 year old daughters main Christmas Present from Santa. All through Christmas season, every Santa she saw she only asked for a "bouncy." We inflated it Christmas Eve night, destroyed any remaining evidence of the box, and when she awoke Christmas morning she found her "bouncy." She was never allowed to wear shoes in it, and basically is a very calm 2 year old who plays nicely. Well, much to my dismay when I got home from work New Years Eve-yes one week later, my daughter informed me "Daddy my bouncy is broke." I tried the joke of a patch kit that was included in this product. That didn't work. I contacted CSM via phone-leaving a message with my home and cell phone numbers. No call back for two days. This was an eternity because my daugter continued to ask when will her "bouncy" be fixed. I called again and left another message-no answer so I left my phone numbers again. This time, I went on Amazon and found an email for CSM, so I sent them an email as well with my phone numbers-they had no viable excuse to not have a way to get in touch with me. I got an email response asking for pictures of the damaged seam. I immediately took digital photos of the seam split and forwarded them right back to CSM. Because I wanted this thing resolved, I also followed up the picture email with a phone call-no answer again, so I left a strong message that someone needed to call me ASAP as this was becoming annoying not talking to a human being. I got a call from a man who said his name was Terri. My first question was why nobody had contacted me sooner. He said my email address was showing up wrong. I then said well I left you my phone numbers, why didn't you try that, he had no answer for that questions. Terri said he has one of these for his grandkids and they get leaks occassionally but he just puts a patch on them and they're good to go again. He said he'd had his for about 2 years and other than the occassional patch, there was no problems with the "bouncy." He said he'd send me this better patch kit and stronger glue which would definitely fix the split seam. I asked if this new patch didn't work, would I be violating the return conditions of the product, since you only get a limited period for full refunds-he said it wouldn't violate those terms. I also told Terri that since it was a Christmas present, I didn't have the original box, he said that was no problem, just send it back in any box and I'm a reasonable person, so I figured this would be a fair attempt at resolving the problem.I got this new patch kit two days later, and was shocked that the patch repair kit was simply a few small peices of the material the "bouncy" was made of. I used their patch and glue to put the patch on the split seam. The next day I re-inflated the bouncy and there was still a leak. I then called CSM, again no answer so I left all my contact information asking for a call back since they have problems with email. After not hearing from CSM, I called the next day and left another message. Now I was angry, so I filed an A to Z claim with Amazon. Well, about 2 hours after filing a claim with Amazon, I got a call from Terri at CSM. He told me that he would refund my original purchase price of the product, if I sent the "bouncy" back to their company. I asked him if he would pay for my costs to ship the item back, since it was defective, he said he wouldn't reimburse me for the shipping costs to send the product back only the original purchase price. I explained that I was going to be notifying Amazon that this was not an acceptable resolution. Terri said, "well it looks like you already have contacted Amazon," with a very sarcastic tone, and hung up on me. A couple of days went by, and Amazon sent me an email saying I needed to send the product back to CSM but I wouldn't be reimbursed for the return shipping costs. I replied to them that I wasn't happy with that because at the end of the day I'm still out $20.00 or so to ship this product that I purchased through them, and I asked for someone from Amazon to call me. After not hearing from Amazon for two days, I called Amazon customer service. I spoke to a nice lady Jen who said there's no way to talk with the A to Z people, they have no phones. She said it's more than likely the final resolution from Amazon. She said there was nothing she could do, except to offer me an account credit for $20.00, which she did do for me. I think that CSM is a horrible company to deal with and their products are poor. How can you sell something that is supposed to be jumped and played in, when your product breaks after a weeks use? The second concern is that Amazon's A to Z guarantee is truly not an A to Z guarantee, if the customer still ends up paying money for something they didn't get. I ordered the product through them, it was defective and I have to send it back-pay $20.00 or so, then Amazon only gets back your original price. At the end of the day, I'm out the $20.00 or so and I've still got no "bouncy" for my daughter. Customer Service did the right thing by crediting my account, but I don't think I'll be purchasing anything through Amazon anymore as they certainly don't back the customers. I have been more the willing to work with CSM and Amazon with this purchase, but it's beyond me how they think this is a fair resolution.

This bouncer was given as a gift for my 3 year olds birthday. She played with it and enjoyed it very much. She used it for one year and then the seams started splitting and it was impossible to fix. Beware of this product. Do not expect too much.

This is the third summer for our castle. DURABLE, you betchya. We got this for our daughter as her "big sister" present when our last little guy came home. She still loves it as much as she did when she first got it, plus the little guy now gets to enjoy it. Also my 16 year old also crawls in with them as well as two corgis. Never even a leak. It is used outdoors for several months each summer, then deflated and stored in our shed for the winter months. It has faded considerably and one of the swords did bite the dust (thanks to one of the above mentioned corgis), but does not take away from the hours of enjoyment my kids get out of it.

The product was defective two days after inflating. As it was a Christmas gift, we missed the 14 day window from CMS and Amazon. Neither company would replace the defective product without me paying over $25 in shipping. Raw deal for the consumer.

My 3 year old son LOVES to jump and play rough. I purchased this hoping it could take his abuse... it does!!! He can crash into it's walls and it won't ever tip. We even filled it with balls and that adds a new dimension of fun. Then put a sheet over the top to make a fort. It's a win win!!!!!!!!! Even my 10 month old loves to crawl around and throw balls in it.

This was a great Christmas present! My two sons, 4 and 18 months, love it! We bought a pump by the same company that blew it up in no time and the kids have been jumping for days. We do have a few rules because this is a blow up bouncer so no shoes and no sharp edge toys can go in. The shipping was a little steep, but it arrived in time for Christmas and we ordered late. I feel money well spent.
