Offering all the benefits of the Intex Raised Downy airbed but with the added advantage of lighter weight and mid-rise height, the Intex Pillow Rest queen inflatable airbed is ideal for travelers who want the comforts of a bed but the convenience of a blow-up mattress. The Pillow Rest is equipped with a quality-tested, 20.8-gauge waterproof flocked top, along with 15-gauge vinyl beams and 16-gauge sides and bottom. The resulting surface is comfortable and secure, whether you're sleeping at the in-laws' overcrowded house or setting up a guest bed in the basement. In addition, the Pillow Rest is remarkably easy to inflate thanks to the built-in, high-powered electric pump, which does its job in a mere three minutes. No more fussing with tiring hand or foot pumps or rummaging through the garage for your detached electric pump. And should the mattress feel a little too soft or firm, you can customize the comfort level with the touch of a button.
The Pillow Rest is raised 18 inches from the floor, making it far taller than most inflatable mattresses, and includes built-in pillows for added comfort. And at 60 by 18.5 by 80 inches (W x H x L), the mattress is an official queen size, making it a good fit for fitted sheets. The Pillow Rest queen bed--which offers a capacity of 600 pounds--comes with an AC power cord, a shoulder strap, and a carry bag.
Regarding Inflation: Measurements will vary based on the manner in which it is inflated and packaging disclaims “approximate size”. Airbeds are measured from the widest point including the beams (bulges) on the side and off the tallest point from the floor including built-in pillows if applicable. Location, temperature, and humidity will affect the airbed’s firmness. Airbeds will need to be occasionally re-inflated (topped off) to maintain desired firmness when used for more than a few days as vinyl tends to relax over time.
The Pillow Rest is raised 17.5 inches from the floor, making it far taller than most inflatable mattresses, and includes built-in pillows for added comfort. And at 60 by 18.5 by 80 inches (W x H x D), the mattress is an official queen size, making it a good fit for fitted sheets. The Pillow Rest queen bed--which offers a capacity of 600 pounds--comes with an AC power cord, a shoulder strap, and a duffel bag.

The best bed I've ever slept on, within the last 3.5 years of my graduate studies (not counting a King bed in Hilton near San-Francisco airport). I really love this bed. The original order was placed on October 12th.
The bed was beautiful, sturdy, big enough, comfortable enough, high enough, strong enough, or soft enough if you pump some air out. The pump is a little bit loud if you run it at night, but I never had issues with the neighbors. I had to add some air every week or so. Also it seemed to be a little bit higher on one end, maybe a couple of centimeters, and I noticed that the bed was shifting along the room every night - probably was sliding a little bit when I was getting up or lying down. Nothing really important. GREAT bed.
The scary part starts now: today, 4 month after the purchase (and the limited warranty covers the product for how many days? right, 90 days ;) ), I was woken up by a noise, and beatings, which felt and sounded like my head was attached to a jackhammer, which was drilling the oil well all the way down to lake "Vostok" in Antarctica. I first thought that someone was shooting in my bedroom, but there was nobody else, and I realized that whatever happened started near the legs and crept all the way towards the head.Read more ›
I bought this back in May 2012 and now it August 3, 2012. I wanted to wait to write my review to make sure I wasn't giving bad advice. All the bad reviews are true. This past week it turned to shit quick and I ended up hurt. This is not great for long term use. I thought I could use this instead of buying a normal bed and I was wrong. The past few days the bed stopped being even and while I was sleep parts in the bed started to rise last night it got so bad I fell on the floor and hurt my wrist and nose. When I first bought it I love it an thought it was great now I think I should have just saved my money and bought a normal bed. It seems great at first but later you might get hurt. I will try an add a picture so you can see what this can turn into.
Now you can't even sit on it and the bottom is popping it just a big mess and still in pain from my injuries stay away for your safety. If I could I would give it negative stars.

Comfortable, durable, portable, convenient: this is a very impressive air bed. Queen sheets fit on it easily, and I have had a lot of guests rave about how comfortable it is. Read morePublished 2 days ago by Lauren
Used as a temporary bed for one month. Top layer popped wher inner rib meets and deflated during sleep. No fun.
Can't patch as the top has odd cloth like texture.
