Product Description

Laselle Kegel Exercisers can be worn discreetly inside during daily activities to help you to locate your pelvic floor muscles and to provide a solid object for you to flex around. Meanwhile, subtle kinetic vibrations caused by the weighted inner ball help prompt your PC muscles to respond as you move. Laselle Kegel Exercisers are available in 3 different weights which can be used singly or combined to provide different levels of resistance. Made from the smoothest body-safe, phthalate-free silicone, this mid-weight 38g exerciser offers moderate resistance for women who already have some pelvic floor strength. Includes detailed user manual, white storage pouch and 1-year warranty.

The string is also alittle too short.

Strong pelvic muscles are a must but wane with age, so the Intimina kegel balls are a great solution for tightening up!

I was hoping this would work for me but I'm having trouble using it.

Interesting product - it comes in 3 weights. I ordered the small and medium weight just to see. I think the light weight is a little too light. I like the medium weight product better. Just for the fun of it, I tried linking the two per the description. That was too much for me. But perhaps if you're already a hard core Kegel exerciser, it may be just the thing.

Well I bought this product because, after having two kids I assumed I could use some exercise. I got the medium weight because I had never used a kegel weight before and assumed I wasn't advanced. Well, maybe I am stronger than I thought, because with the medium weight (38g) exerciser, I am able to lift it so easily that I don't have to really do anything. I have to manually pull it back down by the string to be able to lift it again, because it doesn't naturally fall! Even when standing and walking, and no matter how much I jump up and down, it stays sitting right on top of my pelvic floor, which I guess is always contracted enough to hold this thing in place.

Maybe I'm a freak, but for me, its like this; Imagine holding a ping pong ball in your mouth with half of it protruding between your lips, if you squeeze your lips together the ping pong ball will almost effortless quickly be drawn completely in you mouth. In this analogy your lips are your pelvic floor muscles and your mouth is the rest of the vagina above the pelvic floor. Anyway, for me, I cant get this thing to drop down in between those muscles once I draw it up, if I pull on the string I can, then just draw it up again, but it never falls back down. So when I draw my muscles up, its like nothing is even there. So to really exercise I pull firmly on the string while trying to keep the ball in using my muscles. I imagine I have to pull with about a 2 pounds (maybe more) of resistance before my muscles give out.

I should have bought the heavier one, or probably two, or maybe found a weight that is much much heavier. Like something that weighs 500grams. Or maybe I should just be glad I don't need exercise. :)

With that said, the design of the product and its comfort and construction are all very good.

I order this item on 22nd and I received it on the 24th...Wow! Now I was a bit skeptical about this item but no more. There are two ways to use the Kegel exerciser. You can contract the muscles or with your natural movement the kegel exerciser prompt
your muscles to contract on its own. Wow.. I love it

This has helped me strengthen my pelvic floor. I have a mildly prolapsed bladder and use it while I'm on the treadmill to help me keep an awareness to keep things tight as I'm walking. Not uncomfortable at all.

This is a wonderful beginner Ben-wa ball, and it has helped me to strengthen my kegel muscles, allowing for better sex and more control of my pelvic floor muscles-essential, as I just had surgery for a bladder sling! I'd recommend it so highly that I have bought one for a friend who was curious about it.
