I bought this robe and the silk pajamas for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, both in a size large. The pajamas fit nicely, but the robe was WAY too big! I printed out the return label listing the reason for return as the product did not fit the description online. Amazon said that this was not their fault and deducted the cost of shipping from my refund, and did not offer the opportunity for an exchange. So, now I have to re-order the robe in a smaller size, and the price has gone up $7 since Valentine's Day. This would have been a good deal if it had run true to size, but because of misrepresentations made I will end up paying close to the full price listed.
MORAL: Order one size smaller than you think you need.

This is a beautiful, luxurious Men's robe perfect for summertime wear. Craftsmanship is excellent as is the quality of the silk. I ordered the burgundy/maroon color and it is beautifully deep--very nice!

BTW, Thank you, #1 Reviewer--you positively need to order a size smaller than usual. I bought this for my husband, and the Large is a perfect fit (he'd usually need an XL because of his height & shoulders, but I ordered a L based on the first reviewer's recommendation and it fits JUST RIGHT--Thanks again!).

just bought this robe at the intimo site for $79.97- same photo, same text describing robe so really the same robe; $80 to 'on sale' here for a $112 (save $48) turns out to be a bad deal, as buy there and you save another $32 on the amazon (slashed) price

When you order the robe, get it one size smaller!

The robe itself is very comfortable and feels good while wearing it. I like it so much I am ordering several more. One nice touch is that the waist strap is actually buttoned in place so you don't have to hunt for the strap in the dryer after washing it.

I bought this gift for my husband for our first Christmas. He absolutely loved it--the color, the texture, everything. After searching around on the internet, it was one of the best deals, as well. The gift arrived quickly and without any problems. I highly recommend.

I thought that wearing a silk robe was more an affectation than anything else. Happily, I was wrong. This robe is well-made, comfortable, and it really looks nice.

I bought this bathrobe for summertime use. It's thin silk. Keeps you cool and covered in hot weather. It is long and goes to your knees.

This robe is my favorite, quality and workmanship is excellent. But I did take under consideration what other people have to say regarding sizes. That is very important I did ordered one size smaller what is on amazon size chart. And fit me perfect. If I be ordered according to size chart,- then robe will be to big. I'm so happy with my purchase so I decide to buy one more but different color. Thank you "Intimo" and thank you amazon.com. O, one more thing, delivery (standard 3-5 days) I received in 3 days.

I never knew silk was so soft against your skin. I bought this for my husband and he wears it to sit out in our backyard and drink his morning coffee. He said it feels great. It looks really good on him too. I washed it - I'm not sure I did it correctly but it was fine when I took it out. This was a great buy and we are very happy with it.

Other reviewers are right - order a size smaller than you normally would.
I like the robe, but the belt is way too short. The belt needs to be knotted to
avoid slipping, and there's barely enough length to make a knot. For an expensive
robe this is very disappointing.
