Dark and eerie with a poignant ending - one of those haunting stories you'll always remember. One of Chandler's best.

An Ace Double. Into The Alternate Universe was the "wild ghost chase" referred to in other stories. A bit on the eerie side, very good. The Coils Of Time is another alternate-universe story, not part of the Grimes universe - it's downbeat, moody, and rather different in style from most of Chandler's other stories, well worth a read.
