Good Historical Read
on April 7, 2015
Historically this book is a good read. Since I had already done a self-study of the descendants of Ham, the information in this book was a great enhancement to that study. From this book I got another perspective on the American Negro and I found this to be very enlightening. However, from the spiritual side of things, the author was a bit off in his presentation giving information as if we are still operating under the Law and not grace. He further stated that the American Negro is under a curse because of what Moses quoted in Deuteronomy 28 and from observation of the plight of the American Negro and what is occurring in Africa, this seems to be the case but, he neglected to include that Jesus reversed the curse in Galatians 3:13 and we no longer have to allow the curse to operate in our lives.
Historically, I would recommend this book because there is very good information in it with, a caveat to Christians who read it to be cautious because it will get confusing to what you know to be Truth about Christ. This is why I gave it three stars.
