Live Country Joe!, November 7, 2002

This album, recorded circa 1981, provides a good overview of Country Joe's solo career, with a couple songs from the Country Joe and the Fish days thrown in. Joe's voice is shakier than on "Incredible! Live!" (my favorite Country Joe solo album), but it's still a very good album and representative of what you might experience if you see him live. About half the tracks feature Joe solo, while the other half has him backed by a great electric band. It's a fun album with songs that have a purpose.
