Amazingly compact, Into The Light includes everything you need to know to recognize and free yourself of an abusive relationship. Obviously written by someone who knows her stuff, if you have only one book to read on the subject, make this it.

As a woman in the process of breaking free from an abusive relationship, I have been reading lots of books on abuse. This booklet only takes about 10 minutes to read and offers a simple and concise ray of hope. It offers concrete steps to take to break free and helps you create an escape plan. If I only had the opportunity to read one book on abuse, this one would say everything I really needed to hear.
