4.0 out of 5 stars Into the Night, June 15, 2008

This review is from: Into The Nightlife (MP3 Download)
Cyndi Lauper's "Into the Nightlife" is a deliriously cheesy dance song. The chorus is catchy. At 54, Cyndi is still a "girl who wants to have fun" and she does. She sings about bringing her partner into the joyous, throbbing world of the dancefloor. Cyndi sings of being "surrounded by shirtless wonders." The song is infectious and joyful. Cyndi doesn't have the same youthful energy of the '80s. Her song is more of a reverie, reminiscing on past times. Still, going Into the Nightlife is worth it!
