wireless aspect works ok; never could get the RSS option to work with a custom gallery.
if you connect to picasa or other online services, it will not dynamically update new images. the end user has to go out and back into the online selection to recognize new photos. bought a toshiba last year that had the same results; figured the software would be better in a year; guess not.

I had great difficulty getting it to connect to wireless. I had to manually configure the parameters with a static IP and after almost two hours of attempts ( you have to key in the PSK each and every single time you attempt to connect, as I have a > 24 char key, it got tedious.), finally got a connection. The internet radio station I like is Pandora, this device has no provision to connect to it. It also cannot connect to Kodak photogallery, at least I could not get it to ( I'm a system analyst...). I did not like it at all and I returned it and bought a Sony Dash instead, I am anxiously awaiting delivery.Sony Dash Personal Internet Viewer - Rick Vachon

Frankly, I find it unbelievable that Amazon is still offering wireless photo frames that depend on "framechannel" Framechannel went out of business in 2011... This frame will NO LONGER FUNCTION!!! . Read this closely.. It won't work!!!!!! There is a guy working on an alternative to framechannel, called "framealbum" but it is in beta. and not even close to ready for prime time.

I love Amazon, but the fact that they are still selling these frames in inexcusable! They will NOT work

Nice product! so easy to navigate with the touch screen. I am going to get one for my parents too so I can update their photos of their grandson over the internet.
