In order to aggressively defend drinking drivers it is necessary for the defense attorney to understand the science of breath and blood testing, urine testing and alcohol metabolism. This the most detailed and comprehensive book available. Another book with an excellent chapter on forensic evidence is Defending Drinking DriversDefending Drinking Drivers, but Fitzgerald's book covers the topics in much more detail. This is a "must have" book for the DUI defense lawyer serious about defending his/her clients.
