I first heard this band on an internet radio station that played "Enjoy It Now", which is still my favorite song on the disc. It has been in my car for two months now and I still love it. I've exposed several friends to Tortured Soul and they all love the sound. It is original, innovative, and infectious. You will not be able to get these tunes out of your head and may find yourself singing them constantly. This wins!

I did not know that this was a 3 man group when I first heard the CD. I thought it was a DJ ! Some of the best funky- soul -house I've heard. I listen to it constantly. I'd love to see them live.

I first heard this excellent material while shopping for dusties in a Chicago record store. The organic soulful vocals, deep house grooves, and chunky organ vibes totally got me to pull out the wallet and buy it. Still one of my favourite selections on the old reliable second generation iPOD. It's hard tp pick just one bangin' groove here. I love "Enjoy It Now" with it's Stevie Wonder-inspired harmonies. "Why" is also a pretty tasty selection. I look forward to more material from these guys... and yes, they are amazing live.
