Frey & Hurley Deliver
With the substantial revisions to the consumer bankruptcy law in 2005, there was a real need for a new book for paralegals and others handling these cases. Martin Frey and Phyllis Hurley put a great deal of work into this book and it shows. Kudo's. For readers looking for a good introduction to Business Reorganizatons under Chapter 11, I also like Chapter 11 Business...

book was received propmtly, but a few of the pages came out of it, i have to fix them, seller didn't mention.

I recently ordered this book for a class that I'm taking this semester starting on 8/25. I placed my order on 7/29/10 and the book arrived on 8/7/10 in excellent condition. I ordered a used copy of this book, and there is no writing or highliting in the book at all. The only thing is the corners are slightly bent. I will order from this company again!
