This book sounds like it is going to give the reader an idea what the Bach Flower Remedies are all about, but it is not for the reader who wants to know everything about the Bach Flower Remedies. It is literally an "introduction" to the Remedies. It does not detail the Remedies themselves, but gives the reader an idea what the Remedies can help treat (such as mental anguish and subsequent physical discomfort created by mental pressure, etc.)You could probably stop by the store and read it in a few minutes. |
