This review is from: Introduction to Circulating Atmospheres (Cambridge Atmospheric and Space Science Series) (Paperback)
Not for the mathematically faint at heart, but an excelent tome on the mathematics describing weather as they existed at the time of publication. If you want to have a feel for how weather prediction by computer works, this is a good resource.
