Great textbook
The book is good at detailing the ins and outs of foodservice and all aspects that effect it. The book is thorough in explaining important facets of foodservice systems such as furnishings, menus, equipment, regulations and restrictions and so on. This book is worth the buy!

A decent book
The book is fine, the material is comprehensive, and it contains all necessary information if you're going into food, nutrition, etc. But it has no pizzazz to it, its an ordinary book.

I bought this because I needed it for a class I was taking that semester! Promptly arrived and in great shape! I would suggest buying textbooks from Amazon all of the time! Saves money!

I have not recieved the booked yet but the booked has been shipped already, that is great I should have got both my books from this seller because I paid extra to get my other booked shipped in two days now it has been two days and they still have not even shipped the book.....anyway Thanks for being a great seller:)
