Practical from start to finish,

This is more of an initiation into gnosis, or Experiencial Knowledge, the Knowledge not of this world. It is a first degree initiation. Master Samael Aun Weor doesn't waste any time and goes straight to the practical aspects from the very start. I was very happy to see this as what I really wanted was to get started. I had had enought of history and scholarly material which is good but only goes so far. In this book SAW gives the student the tools to get started right away along with some very good advice. Given the fact that it's a first degree initiation it focuses primarily on our immediate everyday life circumstances and immediate needs. He guides the student on his first steps towards awakening the conciousness and experiencing the Truth. This book requires that the student put the tools given into practice for the student to be able to experience any significant awakening. Finally, like a reviewer said earlier, this book also serves as an overview of some of SAW's major teachings. I would recommend this book for those who are ready to take the very first step into Gnosis.
