Todd Meister is an Assistant Director for Computing Services at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He has been developing and using Microsoft technologies for more than 10 years. He’s been a technical editor on more than 40 titles on subjects ranging from SQL Server to the .NET Framework. His latest development accomplishment was developing from scratch an e-commerce site that included more than 15,000 lines of .NET code, credit card integration, gift certificate functionality, and discount codes.
