I purchased the book online for about half of the price it was available for in my schools bookstore. The book is packed with information on health care services. I know that should be obvious but as is the case with all of my other textbooks they give very scarce information in between lengthy, dry, discussions. Its small and easy to carry around.

I needed this book for an undergraduate class but will probably keep it well into my masters.

This is the book to get if you are in ALH 103 at Sinclair Community College. This is the newest updated version. This book came quickly, was a good price, and was in perfect condition.

Very interesting information regarding health care professions! I like this book as an aide to my class. It gave me insight into health care and possibilities I have in nutrition.

Did receive this book within a few days after ordering - placed order by ISBN number - book was in excellant condition and correct book.

i ordered a book from this seller and days upon days went by and it still did not ship. I ended up having to call amazon to see what i should do because i needed this book for a class i was taking. i was told to contact the seller (which i had done several times before contacting amazon) to cancel the order. I did this and they still have not responded to any of my emails. I would not recommend buying from this seller because i do not believe that they keep track of what they are selling. They didn't even have the courtesy to email me back and let me know what was going on.

I used this book for a class and it worked for what I needed it for. I would not recommend it for anything other than a book for class, and then buy the cheapest one you can and sell it to your school when done.

The book was in better condition then I thought it would be and out finally came just in time. I've had had other classmate say their order took longer

I was sent an earlier addition of the book that I ordered and the seller wouldn't take it back. I had to purchase the book that I neede for class from another on line text book seller.
So the experience was not good and the book was the wrong book even though I had used the ISBN for the The Introduction to Health Care 2nd Edtion. I am out $33.99

i got this book in a week after i paid for it. i got the same book that is i the pictures and it came in perfect coditions and brand new
