About the Author

Louise Simmers received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland and a Masters degree in Education from Kent State University. She has worked as a public health nurse, a medical-surgical nurse, coronary care nurse and an instructor of Practical Nursing and Diversified Health Occupations. Every student had to buy the book because the College no longer provides this text because of budget cuts. This was an awesome purchase. Not only was the price a steal, but the timely delivery and excellent condition of the book was surprising. I saved about 75% off of the campus bookstore price. I searched several sites and ran into the usual walls: expect delivery in 2-3 weeks, book condition acceptible or return (who has time to send a book back, that would be into last half of the semester), save 3% off of new :). I don't often do reviews, unless its a bad one cause I don't want people to make the same mistake I have. Because this was such a pleasant experience, I felt compelled to do so, and say Thanks.
