Henry M. Wrobleski, LL.B., is a well-known author, lecturer, and consultant with 30 years experience in law enforcement. He was coordinator of the Law Enforcement Program at Normandale Community College and is Dean of Instruction for the Institute for Professional Development. I will continue to buy textbooks from Amazon. The textbook was CHEAP compared to how much my on-campus bookstore was asking for it. The book is in great condition (I bought it new). I would highly recommend ordering textbooks from Amazon. The delivery was also right on time!

Very disappointed. Never received the book and then I sent a response to that effect with the refund in full of my money and have not heard from the company that sent the book. Will be contacting my credit card company for the dispute.
