Great book. Got it just in time for fall classes. There is a 5th edition now in print, but it's almost identical to the 4th.

The book is well written and easy to follow. Most important words or phrases are in a sidebar, with a simple definition for quick reference.
There was a shipping issue with my order and Amazon refunded the entire shipping amount. What great customer service!

I bought this off Amazon because it was a lot cheaper than buying it through the college store. Shipping was fast and obviously since I bought it new, it was in perfect condition.

My book arrived within a week from the day I ordered it and it was in excellent condition. I was kind of shocked to get it so quickly and for it to be in such good condition, as I had not ordered anything online before. Also, the description of the book's condition on the site was "good", and I know sometimes there may be torn pages or writing in the book with that rating, but mine looks new!! Thanks Amazon.com!!
