New edition of Introduction to Macrosociology,

I am the author of Introduction to Macrosociology. I was not going to rate it, but Amazon wouldn't print this notice otherwise. So, I modestly rated it 5. I wanted instead to inform people that a new third edition (published April, 2005) of the book now exists, but with a different title and publisher. It is now titled Societies and Social Life: An Introduction to Sociology (Sloan Publishing--sloanpublishing.com.)
