4.0 out of 5 stars Very Satisfied, September 28, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I had prepared myself (after reading former reviews) for receiving the book close to my class date. However to my surprise, I received it in a matter of days. A note inside explained that because of some not so good reviews, they had expedited my book at no extra charge. Now that's the way to do business.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Decision Analysis Textbook ever!, July 23, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This textbook is the ideal business computing programming tool for Decision Analysis I have found. I have purchased three others and I have attempted to use some from the library as well. Dr. Taylor makes the topics relevant and practical and one must locate the companion site under Prentice Hill in order to make use of his unexceptional examples. The knowledge this book imparts will enable managers in any organization to access powerful tools that can truly minimize cost and frustration!
