More About the Author

Beth Brown has been interested in writing and science her whole life. While pursuing an engineering degree in computer science, Beth worked in both programming and publishing. She then went on to author more than thirty-five computer science and computer applications textbooks used by high school and college students worldwide. Other influences in her writing come from her experience in biotech research and development, chemistry, and teaching. Beth enjoys living in South Florida with her husband, her two teenage children, and her two dogs.
