So I got this book because it was specifically required by a class I'm taking. As it turns out it was a waste of my money because I didn't use it for the class whatsoever. That said though, I still think it's a great textbook if it's applicable to your purposes. It's very clearly written, and I think the chapters are set up nicely. Things seemed to flow well in general. So for what it's worth, if this subject area is what you're interested in, I'd recommend buying this book.
